Join us for a festive family celebration as we ring in the Noon Year with crafts, music, open play, and a countdown to our spectacular balloon drop at 12:00pm. Activities run from 11:00am–12:30pm, with hundreds of balloons dropping right at noon to welcome the upcoming year.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteers may assist with:

Greeting and directing guests

Supporting craft and activity stations

Monitoring the gym space and helping with crowd flow

Assisting with balloon drop preparations and countdown guidance
Event Shift
· Event Shift: 10:30am–1:00pm
Volunteers will greet guests, distribute activity supplies, support craft and play stations, assist with countdown preparations, help maintain a safe environment during the balloon drop, guide families through the space, and help with general event cleanup.
Arrival Instructions
Volunteers should arrive through the facility’s main entrance and check in with the Special Events Coordinator. After checking in, volunteers will receive their role assignments and a brief overview of event operations.
