Step into the magic of the season at Frosty’s Holiday Wonderland! Guests can meet Santa, create festive crafts, enjoy holiday games, and participate in hands-on activities like snow globe making, marshmallow engineering, and Elf Training Camp challenges. Special gift giveaways to add to the cheer, creating a joyful celebration for families and friends.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteers may assist with:

Greeting and directing guests

Assisting craft stations (snow globes, marshmallow engineering, etc.)

Helping facilitate Elf Training Camp activities

Supporting Santa meet-and-greet lines

Handing out giveaways and goodie bags
Event Shift
· Event Shift: 4:30pm–7:30pm
Volunteers will greet guests, assist with craft and activity stations, manage lines for Santa, distribute giveaways, help maintain clean and organized spaces, guide guests through the event areas, and assist with end-of-event cleanup.
Arrival Instructions
Volunteers should enter through the main entrance of the event venue and check in with the Special Events Coordinator. After checking in, volunteers will receive their station assignment and a brief overview of responsibilities.
