Do you have a passion for the performing arts and a desire to make a difference? Join our Special Recreation Theatre program as a volunteer mentor! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to support participants of all experience levels as they sing, dance, act, and shine on stage. Volunteers will partner with one to two participants, helping them learn theater basics, rehearse lines, practice entrances and exits, and build confidence throughout the 8-week program, which meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mentors will also appear on stage as a guide for their assigned actors during the final performances on Friday, November 7th, and Saturday, November 8th. Your support will foster creativity, encourage self-expression, and help create a fun, inclusive, and memorable theater experience for everyone involved!
