We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this spring-themed event a success!
The event will feature fun activities, games, and refreshments for families to enjoy. It will be held outdoors, but in case of inclement weather, it will be moved inside the Douglass Community Center.
Volunteer Roles:
Activity Station Assistant
- Help facilitate interactive games and activities for kids.
- Assist with setup, explain rules, and ensure participants have a great time.
Refreshments Station Helper
- Serve themed snacks and drinks to event attendees.
- Help maintain a clean and organized serving area.
Arts & Crafts Assistant
- Assist children with a simple spring-themed craft project.
- Provide materials, offer guidance, and encourage creativity.
Line & Crowd Support
- Help manage lines for popular activities such as the hayride.
- Ensure an orderly flow of participants and answer basic event-related questions.
