Kick up your boots for a night of down-home fun at the Prairie Farm Barnyard Bash! Bring the whole family out for an evening packed with live music, dancing under the stars, and classic farm fun for all ages.

Savor local eats, climb aboard a hayride, visit the petting zoo, and test your skills with barn games and crafts. Whether you're two-steppin’ on the dance floor or roasting s’mores by the fire, there’s plenty to enjoy all night long.

This event is available for 7 Volunteers to work alongside staff helping set up and work varying stations throughout the event.

Admission: Check in guests who have pre-paid, help handle cash payments for at-the-door admission, apply wristbands for each guest, and take attendance.

Activity stations: Help manage games and craft tables, encourage participation, and assist families as needed.

Animal areas: Monitor petting area to ensure safety for both guests and animals.

Hayrides: Assist guests in loading and unloading from the hayride, manage lines, and provide directions.

Smores: Set up and help guests as needed, keep areas clean and safe.

Guest engagement: Greeting guests, providing information, and helping them find activities

General Event Support: Assisting with set up and cleanup, restocking supplies, and jumping in wherever is needed.

There will be a detailed schedule for volunteers and staff to rotate in 30-minute increments, so they always have something to do.

Volunteers will arrive at 5pm and will need to park in the back of the farm and enter through the service gate. They will meet staff/directors at the farmhouse.

If the event is going to be affected by weather, the event will be canceled. Volunteers will be emailed by Directors if any changes are made
