Head Coaches are responsible for leading weekly practices, organizing game day lineups and substitutions, communicating with families, and creating an encouraging team environment focused on skill development and sportsmanship. Assistant Coaches support practices and games, help manage drills and player engagement, and assist with communication and team operations throughout the season. Whether you have years of volleyball experience or simply enjoy working with youth, we’ll provide resources and support to help you lead a successful season and create a memorable experience for every player. As a thank you for volunteering, Head Coaches will receive a $45 credit and Assistant Coaches will receive a $20 credit toward future Champaign Park District programming.
